Bench dips


 

 

Additional weight can be set upon the lap.

Put your hands on a bench behind you at shoulder width.  Lower your body until your arms are at a 90 degree angle.  Press up an down, squeezing with your triceps at the top.

Substitutions:

Close grip bench press (not pictured)

Tricep dips and machine assisted dips
