Lying triceps extension (nosebusters)
Hold the barbell either at your hairline or behind your head with your elbows pointing up. Keep your upper arms stationary and extend your arms until the bar is straight over your head. There are also machines which mimic this movement. Substitutions: French press / Lying dumbbell extension / Overhead rope extension / One arm extension
