Kneeling abductor
Bend the leg to a 90 degree angle and lift until parallel to the hips.. Ankle weights can be used for additional resistance. Kneeling feather kick
The beginning position is with the working leg bent to 90 degrees and the upper leg in line with the body and parallel to the floor. Kneeling back kick
Kick back and slightly upward at a 45 degree angle. Ankle weights can be used for additional resistance. All 3 depicted exercises above are normally supersetted. Complete all 3 exercises on one side before moving to the other side. |
